HOW TO BOOK

Please let me (Vicky) know by the Tuesday before the next rally. My email address is mvnankervis@hotmail.com , my home phone number is 59 401 408, you can leave a message – your name, level of riding, flat, &/or poles or jumping, if and how many staying for lunch. My mobile number is 0431 038 114, but DO NOT leave a message as I can’t retrieve them. An SMS is fine. I will acknowledge all communications, so if you don’t hear from me try again to make sure you don’t miss out. 

When booking in for a rally I need 4 ( as in FOUR) pieces of information. They are:

• Your Name
• Your graded level
• Which sessions you would like to ride
• Are you staying for lunch and any dietary requirements

Please make sure you include this information, and any other request, when you book in.

Any cancellations after receipt of your times will incur full cost. Due to instructor’s fees, we will be charging the FULL fare for those who cancel after receiving a scheduled rally lesson time. The only exception will be, if YOU find someone not already booked in, to replace your spot and you must advise one of the rally co-ordinators.
